No Returns Policy
 

We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. This policy applies to all online sales, in-person purchases, and items picked up in-store.
 

In-Person and Pickup Sales:

• Once you pay for an item, the sale is final. This policy includes in-person sales at our physical store and items picked up by customers.
   

Pickup Timeframe:

• If you choose to pick up your items, you must do so within seven business days after payment. Failure to pick up within this timeframe gives us the right to resell the item with no obligated refund.
   

Items from Other Online Platforms:

• If you purchase an item from other online platforms, such as Facebook Marketplace, and choose to pick it up from our store, the same rules apply. You must pick up the item within seven business days after payment.
   

Recommendation for In-Person Inspection:

• We recommend that you come in person to inspect the item before making a payment. This allows you to assess the condition and suitability of the item. If you are not satisfied with the item, you are not obligated to make the purchase.
   

Shopping In-Store:

• Shopping in-store provides you with the opportunity to observe the item before making a payment. However, please note that we are not obligated to refund you if you are unhappy with your purchase, especially if an outside party picks up the item on your behalf.
   

Refund Obligations:

• We are not obligated to provide refunds for items that you have paid for, whether purchased online or in person. It is the customer's responsibility to thoroughly inspect and assess the item before completing the transaction.
